How much does this treatment cost?
The cost for this treatment is: £115 regardless of hair length or thickness. This price includes the treatment and a FREE bottle of sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner are essential for maintaining the treatment. Shampoos that contain Sodium Chloride will strip the anti frizz coating from the hair, and will decrease longevity of your treatment.

How does the treatment work?
The treatment utilises 2 solutions. The first solution softens the hair's bonds, whilst the 2nd solution coats the newly softened hair with natural ingredients and deposits proteins into the hair.

Is Anti-Frizz by YUKO safe?　
Yes. There are no harmful fumes and it is safe on all hair types

What kind of results can be expected?
The treated hair will be smoother and more manageable.　

How long does the Anti-Frizz by YUKO process take?
The treatment takes about 1.5 hours.　

How long does the treatment last?
Results of the treatment will last on average 3 months. We recommend that you get touch-ups every 3-5 months, when the coating naturally washes away. The more often the treatment is carried out, the more progressively frizz free the hair will become over time.

How soon after having the treatment can the hair be washed or get wet?
You can wash or wet your hair 24 hours after this treatment is done.

Does the treatment work on any type of hair?
Yes, the treatment works on any type of hair, especially processed and highly damaged hair. For example this treatment can be performed on coloured, highlighted, permed, relaxed, Brazilian/Keratin treated or Japanese straightened hair as well. 　

Does this treatment work better on particular types of hair?
Yes, this treatment is most affective on processed hair and hair that has been damaged.

Can I have Anti-Frizz by YUKO and colour done at the same time?
No. You can colour your hair at least 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the anti-frizz treatment procedure. Applying both chemical treatments simultaneously will result in hair damage, so do them separately to avoid undesirable results.

Do I need to use special hair-care products after the treatment?
Yes. We recommend using a sulphate-free shampoo. Shampoos that contain Sodium Chloride will strip the anti frizz coating from the hair, and will decrease the longevity of your treatment.

Is this treatment a permanent straightener?
No, it is semi-permanent. Your hair will not be permanently straight after this treatment. The coating naturally washes away.

How is Anti-Frizz by YUKO different from Japanese permanent straightening? 　
A: The Japanese permanent straightening is permanent, but Anti-Frizz by YUKO is semi-permanent, so the treatment will last on average 3 months. The hair's results from Anti-Frizz by YUKO will be smooth and more manageable, but hair will not be perfectly straight.

Is there any aftercare advice?
Do not wash the hair for 24 hours after you have the treatment.. Also use a shampoo which is sulphate free. If you wish to colour your hair you may do so 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the increase the longevity of your treatment.

What is the difference between the Yuko Anti-Frizz and a Brazilian Blowdry treatment?
Both treatments remove frizz and make the hair smoother but each one contains different ingredients.
The Yuko Anti Frizz's main ingredient is the Thioglycerin.
The main ingredients in the Brazilian Blowdry instead is Keratin.
The Brazilian Blowdry can take up 3 hours to do.
The Anti-Frizz by Yuko can be done in about 90 minutes.
